Self-Evaluation/ Development planning for new to headship

Cost £135 STA members

(£155 non-members)

Delivered by a current Ofsted inspector & local headteacher, the day will be spent looking at and understanding the Inspection Dashboard. Using the new ASP system (ASP replaces Raise online) to inform development priorities. Creating a SEF that is useful for all stakeholders. Developing the SIDP with key people within the school; SLT, Governors etc. This session will be aimed at new and aspiring head teachers. Current head teachers are welcome to attend as key Ofsted issues will also be addressed.
